On Monday 12th May, members of Bedcote will be giving a presentation on the history of Morris Dancing to Stourbridge Ladies Circle at St.Michaels church, Norton 7.45pm.

 

 

 

 

 

Practices

Bedcote Morris over the past year has been actively involved in the local community performing at village fetes, pubs, and also in the Stourbridge Carnival where we drew in large crowds and provided entertainment for all to enjoy.

AGM

Advance notification is hereby given that the 17th Annual General Meeting of Bedcote Morris will be held on Thursday 20th March 2008 starting at 8.30pm. Please bring food to share. I will be happy to receive any nominations for any officers posts prior to the AGM.

 

Open Morris AGM

Bedcote Morris are highly honoured to be hosting the Open Morris AGM 2008. There will be sides from all over the UK descending on us. It will be happening over a weekend in late November.

 

The Bridge 102.5FM

There is a new local radio station recently started in Stourbridge called "The Bridge". They broadcast on 102.5 FM and are currently looking for items of local interest. Bedcote Morris hope to be in contact with them over the next year so watch (or rather listen) to this space.
